1 package of Garlic Festival
1 1/2c Cooked Chicken (chopped)
1/4c Sour Cream
1/2c Parmesan Cheese
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
2 oz Cream Cheese
For Crust Topping:
1-2 Sleeves of Ritz Crackers **use Pork Rinds for gluten-free**
3 tbsp melted butter
1/2c Parmesan Cheese
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F
2. Combine chicken, sour cream 1/2c Parmesan cheese, Chicken Soup, Cream cheese, and 1/2 package of Garlic Festival in a large bowl. Mix well.
3. Spread mixture in large glass dish making sure to leave a flat surface to apply topping.
4. Mix crackers and butter in large bowl until crackers appear wet.
5. Add remaining cheese into the mixture and mix until well combined.
6. Sprinkle mixture on top of chicken covering completely.
7. Bake at 350°F for 20-30 minutes until lightly browned on top.
8. Let cool for 5 minutes and serve!
