1 package of Lobster Bisque
1 Tbsp of Mayonnaise
8oz of Cream Cheese (softened)
8-10 pieces of shrimp, cooked, chopped
8-10 Small Tortilla Shells (5-6 large)
1 Package of Cheese (we used a mix)
Directions:
1. In large bowl mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, and Lobster Bisque together until combined.
2. Prepare tortilla shell on a flat surface. Cut two parallel edges of the tortilla shell to create two flat ends.
3. Spread mixture evenly across tortilla shell.
4. Sprinkle cheese over mixture.
5. Starting from one round end, roll tortilla shell up to the other end and press it down to close the wrap.
6. Refrigerate 30-45 minutes.
7. Starting at one end, cut 1/2" segments. Place spirals on plate.
8. Serve cold.
