Sauteed Garlic Veggies


Yields: 3-4 Servings



    1. Melt the butter in a large saucepan.
    2. Add fresh vegetables to the pan.
    3. Sprinkle Garlic Festival and coat vegetables with as much seasoning as you would like.
    4. The more you add, the more garlic you will taste.
    5. Add salt and pepper to your tastes.
    6. Sautee the vegetables until they are al dente (cooked but still with a slight crunch). Onions should turn from white to clear. Yellow squash should also start to look clear in the center as well.
    7. Let cool before serving.
