Spinach Parm Cheese Omelette

Yields: 1 Serving



    In bowl, whisk together 1/2 the package of Spinach Parm, 2 eggs, and the tablespoon of milk until thouroughly combined.
    Pour mixture into greased pan and cook until bottom is firm enough to flip without dripping egg mixture.
    Flip omelette and cook until bottom is not runny.
    Add some cheese to the top and flip one side of the omelette to the other side (making like a taco shape). Carefully put onto plate.
    Top fresh, hot omelette with remaining cheese and serve warm. Enjoy!
